Flash.. >> or Tablet?

I'm saving up to buy flash or a tablet but which one?? ( I have about $210, so I can't get both.)
But I really want to animate cause I want to animate when I'm older.. -corny- ^^;
But is it worth it if I don't have a tablet if I get flash?
Also Photoshop comes wtih an animation program called image ready.. so yeah. ):)
( The flash I'm getting is $170 tablet I'm getting is around $110)
